The suckers I had were smaller than on Sunday, so I again hooked them through the snout and cast them out with a 2 oz bank sinker.

I had a couple more less enthusiastic runs this time and again I got blanked. This time I am not so sure it wasn't sheephead messing with my bait.

I cast all over, but instead of fishing from the rocks, I went out onto the sand the juts out into the opening to the backwater.
