| I knew we were in trouble when we got there and the water had dropped at least a foot, the shore had retracted and flow was down. |
I started fishing with crawlers and was able to catch 2 little channels and a couple sheephead. Dave caught a sheephead as well. As it grew darker we cast the bullheads out further in the current and ahead just upstream from the rocks. We were blanked. Had I known the stage had gone down, I would have gone elsewhere.
